The Sunlit is located just minutes from the Taipei Song Shan International Airport. Offering a luxuriant yet comfortable dining atmosphere, we also feature different sizes of dining rooms that seats from six to 50 people which require reservations that can be made up to one month in advance.
As one of the long-standing teppanyaki restaurants in Taiwan, we continuously strive for changes and improvements by incorporating other cuisine's ideas and flavors other than Japanese. We try our best in wowing each customer's taste buds and also make each dish a feast for the eyes. To make this all possible, each course is prepared by a chef with at least 15 years of experience trained to perfection personally by owner-chef Kenneth Liao himself.
The Sunlit is known for exquisite cuisine featuring Liao's signature dishes such as Special Sliced Beef Rolls and Sautéed Foie Gras served with Fresh Grapes in Red Wine Sauce. We also have the classic all time favorites: teppan fried rice, homemade assorted breads, and desserts which includes pudding, cheesecake, and the teppan fried honey coated bananas available only when requested in advance upon reservation.
